Creativity as an absolute goal

Hello!

My name is Alex and I am a professional illustrator. I am based in Montreal, Canada. I also part-time study at University to get a Bachelor in Fine Arts. I love to work with people who are passionate about visual art, design and illustration like me. I graduated in college as a fashion designer in 2012, but mostly learned drawing and its basics on my own since I was little. It all started with the world of cartoons, comics and video games for me. I have always loved drawing characters, their design and to imagine their stories. My past training in fashion design allowed me to learn about the history of fashion, the technical aspect of a garment and especially my ability to produce ideas quickly. It help me a lot for the elaboration of character design. I've worked in the fashion industry for some years, before going back to my first love; drawing. 

Right now, I am looking to work for film and video games studios. I have different graphic novels ideas, so the publishing area is something I look forward too. In a near future, I would like to become a concept artist/illustrator for different media and entertainment companies.

I hope to ignite your interest with my work. I consider myself still learning, I love to learn and I want to be brought to new challenges.
